Refund Policy

1. Refund Policy-Buy funding applications

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

• If the purchased funding opportunity is expired, unavailable, or not yet open at the time of purchase.
• If the funding details were not securely received in PDF format despite notifying Asian Novelty.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase with valid proof.
• Refunds will not be issued for incorrect purchases, changes of mind, or failure to apply for funding.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

2. Refund Policy-Buy Patent drafting and submission service

Asian Novelty is committed to providing quality services to all our users. If we fail to deliver

our services within the specified time frames listed below, we will refund the full cost of your

order, minus a 5% transaction fee.

Service-Specific Timeframes for Refund Eligibility:

Documentation, and Patent Assistance

First draft of patent draft or documentation provided within 20 business days of receiving complete information and payment. Refunds are not available if incorrect information is provided or the client is delayed in supplying the necessary details.

Asian Novelty will also offer a refund with a 5% transaction deduction in these cases:

After receiving a 50% advance payment, Vetlin conducts a thorough patentability search. If an identical product, formulation, or machine is found, making the client’s technology unsuitable for patenting, we provide a refund, as further pursuit of the patent would be unnecessary.

If Asian Novelty decides to reject, suspend, edit, or delete your profile post-verification due to

quality, accuracy, or integrity concerns, we will issue a refund, with a 5% deduction for transaction charges.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

● Asian Novelty does not guarantee the granting of the patent. The company puts all effort and commitment into increasing the acceptance rate.

● No refunds will be provided if a user changes their mind, after granting the patent.

● Asian Novelty may terminate accounts if users abuse the company services, provide false information, or have previously failed to fulfill fee obligations.

How to Request a Refund:

Eligible refund requests must be submitted via email to daham@asian-novelty.com within 1 year of the payment date. Please include the invoice number, payment date, amount, and the reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed within 30 business days and are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 45 days to reflect in your account. Bank Transaction fee will be deducted.
